Course Policies & Guidelines
Course Fee Payment
Students may pay the course fee in two installments. An initial payment of 60% of the total course fee is required at the time of enrollment.
Class Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is mandatory. Consistent participation in classes is essential for achieving the desired learning outcomes
Absence Policy
The institute will not be responsible for any academic difficulties, missed lessons, or performance issues resulting from a student's irregular attendance or prolonged absence
Outstanding Balance
The remaining 40% balance must be paid within three (3) months from the enrollment date
Practice Requirements
Students are expected to dedicate a minimum of two hours of daily practice outside scheduled class sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Assessments & Evaluations
Participation in all assignments, assessments, examinations, and practical evaluations is mandatory throughout the course.
Full Payment Discount
Students who complete the full payment at the time of enrollment will be eligible for a special discount of up to BDT 2,000.
Communication & Collaboration
Students should maintain active communication with instructors and fellow learners through the designated communication channels to ensure effective collaboration and support.
Compliance with Institute Guidelines
Students must follow all instructions, policies, regulations, and academic guidelines issued by the institute during the course period
